Guest vocal soloist - Gary Chilton

Gary Chilton has been a professional musician with the British Army. In October 2009 Gary’s dream was realised when he signed his first record deal with Warner Brothers and subsequently marched into the charts with The Soldiers debut album ‘Coming Home’.

The album was an overnight success, outselling artists such as Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and Catherine Jenkins and became the fifth best selling domestic album of 2010. By Christmas that year it had reached double platinum (over 600,000) status, raising over half a million pounds for service charities.

The Soldiers 2nd and 3rd albums reached Platinum (over 300,000) and Gold (over 100,000) status respectively, raising an incredible £1 million in total for service charities.
As lead singer of the group, Gary has received high acclaim for his performances including a Royal Command appearance in front of HM The Queen at the Royal Variety Performance. He has also sung twice at the Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall.
